WordPress – but as a clean theme, not a page builder.
We build your custom theme, built by hand – without the bloat of a page builder.
WordPress is great for content – not for everything.
WordPress pays off when …
… you publish content regularly and want to keep many pages up to date yourself.
Something else fits better if …
… you mainly want to sell (Shopify / Shopware) or need a bespoke application (custom development).

Your first WordPress project with us
We bring the standards of our own projects: a lean theme, few plugins.
Why no Elementor or Divi?
Page builders create bloat, which your visitors have to carry. An independent test by Kinsta with an identical design shows this:
| Structure | Page weight | HTTP requests | Lighthouse (unoptimised) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Elementor | 327 KB | 32 | 77 |
| Divi | 339 KB | 18 | 74 |
| Custom theme (code) | lean | few | full control |
A custom theme is not automatic better. The point is Control: we decide on every line that gets loaded.
If a standard theme is enough for you, we will tell you so.
Three ways in, depending on scope.

Having a WordPress website built – what clients ask us.
Do you build with Elementor or Divi?
No. We build a clean custom theme instead of a page builder. Drag-and-drop builders load a lot of their own script – in independent tests, pages built with them land unoptimised at Lighthouse values around 74–77. A lean custom theme gives us control over what gets loaded.
Can I maintain my content myself?
Yes – that is WordPress's strength. You maintain copy, images, posts and pages yourself in the familiar editor. We set up editing so it is simple and safe, and we train you.
Have you built WordPress projects before?
Honestly: you would be one of our first WordPress projects. What we bring is our standard of code from bespoke projects – there we reach Lighthouse performance 100. Exactly that standard we transfer to your WordPress: a clean theme, lean code, no plugin sprawl.
How do you keep WordPress secure and current?
Through a few maintained plugins instead of a big stack, regular updates, backups and secure base settings. On request we take on ongoing maintenance; otherwise we show you how to apply updates safely.
What does a WordPress website cost with you?
Before the project starts you get a binding price based on the scope. A compact custom-theme presence is cheaper; many pages, an editorial system and special functions correspondingly higher. We name the price within one working day.
