AI & automation · measurable, not hype

We do not build AI. We put it to work.

Existing AI, connected to your processes – human in the loop, data in the EU.

01 · Process automation

Processes that run by themselves.

Handovers and approvals on schedule – at a binding price after the first consultation.

02 · Documents, quotes & invoices

From the inbox to the e-invoice.

Read receipts, quotes from templates – prepared for the 2027 deadline.

03 · Assistants, voice & telephony

Answers when nobody is at the desk.

Assistants built on your content, call answering with a note in the system.

04 · Data analysis & reporting

Figures that carry decisions.

Live dashboards instead of Excel snapshots.

01 / 05

An inbox becomes process. A process becomes time.

AI does not replace a team, it clears the day. People make the decisions.

Common questions

AI & automation – what managing directors ask us.

Does STRUCTON develop its own AI?

No – and that is the point. We integrate the best available AI into your processes and automate with proven platforms. That is cheaper, faster and maintainable. Developing our own models would almost always be the wrong investment for mid-sized business.

How does it stand on data protection?

Yes – if it is built right from the start: EU processing, no training of outside models on your data, sensitive cases on your own infrastructure. With us data protection is a precondition, not an add-on – 77 per cent of companies name it as the biggest hurdle, and we take it seriously.

What should we start with?

With the process that eats the most time – not the most spectacular one. The automation radar above gives a first estimate in three minutes; in the free initial check we find the quick win with the best ratio of effort to effect.

How long does an automation take?

The automation itself is usually productive within a few days to two weeks. If a model first has to be trained on your data, your terms and your cases, it can take four to six weeks – often it is considerably less. What applies in your case we tell you in the first meeting, before you decide. We promise nothing before we know it.

What does it cost to start?

First automations start on the market at around 2,500 euros. We always recommend a measurable quick win before any large project – and build big only once the benefit is proven.

Does that replace our staff?

As a rule no – it takes away the dull repetitive work. With a 70 per cent skills shortage in mid-sized business, automation is the realistic way to free capacity without hiring. Drafts and decisions stay with people.

What if AI does not work for us?

That is exactly why we work use-case-first with a pilot: start small, measure, then scale. Gartner expects over 40 per cent of over-ambitious AI agent projects to be abandoned – we avoid that mistake by requiring the benefit to be proven before expansion.

Which AI models and tools do you work with?

Vendor-neutral. Depending on the task we integrate ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral or Grok – plus tools such as Notion, DeepL, n8n or Make. For sensitive data we choose European providers or models that run locally on your hardware. There is no licence tie to one manufacturer with us.
