IT systems · customer relations with a system

Customer data belongs in a system. Not in people's heads.

As long as customer knowledge sits in inboxes and Excel lists, quotes get lost. A CRM puts it in order – fitted to the way you work.

What happens here

Scattered cards become an ordered picture of the customer.

Every enquiry, every quote, every note in one place.

The red seal

We build what pays off.

After the first consultation a binding price applies. You can see the progress in your customer area at any time.

Does this sound familiar?

Sales knows everything. Unfortunately, everyone knows something different.

Enquiries come in by mail, phone and website – but no one can see who last spoke to whom. When a salesperson leaves, their customer knowledge leaves too.

The difference, made visible

From an Excel list to a pipeline.

Today: the list

The red row: no contact for three weeks. No one notices.

With a CRM: the pipeline

Every enquiry is a card with status and next task. The system reminds you to follow up.

Standard first, then custom

For most businesses a standard CRM is enough. We only recommend a custom build if you would otherwise have to bend the standard tool at great cost.

How it works

To a CRM that gets used, in three steps.

Step 1Understand the processes

Where does an enquiry get stuck today? We clarify that first.

Step 2Choose a system

Standard or custom build – with reasons, even if the inexpensive tool is enough.

Step 3Roll out & connect

Migrate data, connect website and mail. Your team starts with real data.

The technical view

Why CRM rollouts fail.

The order

First a tool is bought, then the processes do not fit into it. We turn that around: the process first, then the tool.

The storage location

Customer data is personal data. We clarify where it is stored before choosing the tool – with many providers you have to actively choose EU hosting.

The calculation

A custom build costs from about 40,000 euros on the market, but saves licences. We work out both routes for you.

Common questions

CRM – what managing directors ask us.

Is a standard CRM enough for us or do we need our own?

For most mid-sized firms a well-rolled-out standard CRM is enough – and we say so. A custom build only pays off when your processes are so special that you would have to adapt the standard tool expensively, or when licence costs over the years overtake the custom build. We calculate both routes transparently.

What happens to our customer data from Excel and Outlook?

We bring those along: structured transfer with cleansing of duplicates and outdated records, a test import and completeness check before we switch. The migration is the chance not to drag legacy along.

How long does a rollout take, and how much of the work is ours?

A standard CRM is typically productive in two to six weeks. From you we mainly need time at the start: a workshop on your processes and a person who is the internal contact. The rest we handle.

Will our sales people really use the tool?

That is decided at two points: the system has to make the work easier (enquiries come in automatically, tasks remind by themselves), and the team has to shape it from the start. That is why we roll out along your real processes and train on the real data – not on demo data.

Where is the data?

We settle that before choosing the tool. Many providers offer EU data centres; for a custom build we host on German infrastructure. US tools for customer data we use only with your explicit consent.

What recurs, what is one-off?

One-off the rollout (on the market roughly 3,000 to 15,000 euros depending on scope), ongoing the licences (14 to 80 euros per user and month) – with a custom build licences fall away, but the entry is higher. Your specific calculation we do in the consultation.
