Process automation · runs by itself

32 hours of admin per month. Per employee.

We automate the recurring processes – documented and transparent for your team.

What happens here

Handovers, approvals, status upkeep – in rhythm.

Data moves from system to system without retyping.

The red seal

People give the final approval.

First a measurable pilot at a binding price after the first consultation. We scale up when the numbers add up.

Does this sound familiar?

The same data. Typed in three times.

The enquiry is copied into the CRM, then into the project list, then into the invoice. Your staff act as the data relay.

What is included

Automation services

  • Clarify the process, find the bottleneck
  • Data handovers between your tools
  • Approvals and recurring tasks
  • n8n or Make, operable in the EU
  • AI building blocks, where text has to be understood
  • Documentation: The workflow is yours
Process check

Does it pay off for you? Let us do the sums.

Calculated conservatively (90 % effectiveness, 45 working weeks). Runs locally in the browser.

5 hrssaved per week
227 hrssaved per year

How it works

To a running workflow in three steps.

Step 1Initial check

We find the process that saves the most time.

Step 2Build a pilot

One workflow in daily use, with measured savings.

Step 3Expand

What proves itself is extended – with monitoring.

The technical view

n8n, Make or Zapier – a question of cost.

The platforms

Zapier is fast, but expensive and in the USA. Make offers EU servers, n8n runs on your side and is the cheapest at volume.

Our choice

Usually n8n or Make. More important: The workflow is documented, runs in your accounts and can be handed over.

Where AI belongs

Rule-based steps need no AI. Where text has to be understood, we use it – with human approval where mistakes would be costly.

Common questions

Process automation – what managing directors ask us.

From when does process automation pay off?

Rule of thumb: as soon as a task is recurring, rule-based and in total costs several hours a week. The process check above gives a first figure; from about four hours saved a week, a quick-win workflow usually pays for itself within a year.

Do we have to change our software?

No – that is the core: we automate around your existing tools, via their interfaces. Your programs stay, only the retyping in between disappears.

What happens when a process changes?

Workflows are documented and adaptable – small changes are part of maintenance, larger ones a short follow-up order. Because everything runs in your accounts, someone else could take it over if need be.

Does automation replace staff?

As a rule no – it removes the dull manual work and gives back capacity for work people are needed for. In mid-sized business with its skills shortage that is the realistic lever for growing without hiring.

How quickly do we see results?

A first productive workflow often stands in one to three weeks. We deliberately start with a measurable pilot rather than a grand concept – you see real hours saved before you invest further.

Does our data stay in the EU?

Yes, with the right choice of tool: n8n self-hosted on German infrastructure or Make with EU servers. We settle that before we build – not after.
