IT systems · one case. One set of data.

Your business runs. Only the figures lag behind.

Separate programs mean typing everything three times and never knowing for sure. An ERP records every transaction once.

What happens here

Every case recorded once. All figures agree.

Orders, stock, invoices and purchasing in step. We roll out proven systems.

The red seal

We build what pays off.

After the first consultation a binding price applies. You can see the progress in your customer area at any time.

Does this sound familiar?

Closing the month is a struggle. Every month.

Nobody knows exactly what is in stock or what an order cost. Excel holds the business together – until someone goes on holiday.

Plain talk

We will not build you an ERP. On purpose.

For most businesses, an ERP of their own would be expensive and risky. We roll out proven systems such as Odoo or Weclapp and connect them to DATEV, shop and CRM.

Today: island beside island

Every topic in its own tool. Figures get typed in three times.

With an ERP: one case, entered once

One set of data. The tax adviser gets clean DATEV data.

How it works

To a running ERP in three steps.

Step 1Record the processes

We map how orders, stock and purchasing run today – Excel lists included.

Step 2Choose a system & plan

A recommendation with a budget – including migration, training and integrations.

Step 3Roll out & connect

Set up, transfer data, connect DATEV and shop, train the team.

The technical view

What an ERP rollout costs.

The licence

The licence is the smallest item. With cloud ERP, roughly 28 per cent of total cost goes on licences, 58 per cent on the rollout.

The extra items

Migration, integrations and training are separate items. We give you the range before the project starts.

Odoo or Weclapp

Odoo fits when manufacturing, stock and shop come together. Weclapp is strong in trade and services.

Common questions

ERP – what managing directors ask us.

Do you build our ERP yourselves, or roll out an existing one?

An existing one – and that is a deliberate decision. Building an ERP from scratch would be expensive and risky for you; we openly advise against it. Our work is selection, rollout, connection and automation. A genuine custom build we do only on express request as a separate development project.

Odoo, Weclapp or something else – how do we choose?

By your processes, not by brochures: manufacturing and stock often speak for Odoo, trade and services frequently for Weclapp – and sometimes the answer is a third system. We are vendor-neutral and give reasons for the recommendation in writing.

Does our tax adviser get the data cleanly via DATEV?

Yes – with us that is part of the rollout, not an afterthought: chart-of-accounts mapping (SKR03/04), tax keys, document flow to DATEV Unternehmen online. The devil is in the detail there, and that is exactly why we test the route to the tax adviser before live operation.

How does our legacy data get into the new system?

Through a structured migration: analysis, field mapping, cleansing, test migration, completeness check – only when the count is right do we switch. Details on our data migration page.

How long does the business stand still during the switch?

Ideally not at all: we switch on the set date after testing in parallel, and keep a rollback plan ready. We place the switch itself in a quiet window.

What if standard functions do not fit us?

Then we check in order: configuration, a small extension, connecting a specialist tool – and only last, bespoke development alongside the ERP. Market data shows that companies otherwise put 30 to 40 per cent of the licence costs into adaptations on top; we avoid that trap through the right order.
