IT systems · it runs. And someone looks after it.

Your website runs „somewhere“? That is the problem.

When something goes wrong, nobody feels responsible. We take over operation – on German infrastructure.

What happens here

Calm status lights. Because someone is looking after it.

Updates, backups, monitoring, security – with one dedicated contact person.

The red seal

We build what pays off.

After the first consultation a binding price applies. You can see the progress in your customer area at any time.

Does this sound familiar?

The moment of shock always comes at a bad time.

The website is down – and nobody knows who has access or when the last backup ran. In operations, reliability counts for more than the last euro.

Not a promise – our daily work

This is the operation we run ourselves.

How it works

To managed operation in three steps.

Step 1Inventory

What runs where, who has access? We record the current state.

Step 2Move or take over

We migrate or take over the existing operation.

Step 3Ongoing operation

Updates and monitoring on a fixed schedule. Monthly report on request.

The technical view

Managed, VPS or your own server.

The size

Most websites only need a German managed host. A dedicated server only pays off when CRM, portals and automations come together.

The location

Our rule: EU hosting preferred, US services for customer data only with your consent.

The backup

A backup only counts if you can restore it. That is why we test restores regularly.

Common questions

Hosting & operation – what managing directors ask us.

Is our data really held in Germany or the EU?

Yes – that is a selection criterion, not chance. Preferably German data centres (our own Suite runs in Frankfurt), at minimum the EU. US services for customer data we use only with your explicit, documented consent.

Who is my contact if the site goes down – and how fast?

A person with a name whose number you have – no anonymous hotline. Response times we agree contractually by criticality; through monitoring we usually notice outages before you do.

Who does updates and backups, and how often?

We do, on a fixed rhythm: security updates promptly after release, backups automatic and encrypted – for critical systems up to hourly. And we test restores, because an untested backup is not one.

What happens in a hacker attack or data loss?

Then the plan applies instead of panic: isolate systems, restore from a clean backup, close the entry point, and you get a report – also for any reporting duties. Preventively we harden systems with a firewall and intrusion detection.

Can we move at any time, or are we locked in?

You can leave at any time: all access, domains and data are yours and documented. We bind clients through quality, not dependency – that sets us apart from some legacy providers.

What does operation cost monthly, and what is included?

Standard websites: hosting from a few euros plus an operating fee from about 350 euros a month (updates, backups, monitoring, small support). More complex systems we cost individually – transparently itemised, no small print.
