What does custom software cost today?
Considerably less than a few years ago. A mid-sized project costs 30,000 to 100,000 € on the market; with AI-assisted development and ready-made building blocks we usually deliver the same tools for a fraction – your own CRM, a customer portal, a tool for your special process. We name the binding price after the first consultation, and the source code belongs to you.
What does a website cost with you?
A company website starts at €549 for a clear presence with up to three pages, €990 for up to seven pages with multiple languages and €1,490 when the website is connected to your systems. Online shops start at €2,500. The price is confirmed in the free consultation and appears with the delivery date in the contract.
How long until my website goes live?
We are often finished within days; two weeks are what we commit to. A landing page is quicker; a relaunch with an inventory or a shop can take longer. What applies to your project we tell you in the initial consultation – and the date then goes into the contract. If we cause a delay, that is our problem, not yours.
What happens after the first meeting?
You get a written quote with a binding price and scope of services. If you accept, we set up your client area: status, next step and every draft are viewable there around the clock. You need not ask to know what we are working on.
Which costs recur?
Hosting and domain, depending on requirements, cost roughly 5 to 30 € a month – with EU hosting and decent performance, not a big item. Add updates and content maintenance, depending on how much you take on yourself. What arises we list in the quote instead of adding it later.
Will the website really be mine afterwards?
Yes. We build with real code, not in a page builder you would be tied to. You can change host at any time or continue with someone else – we hand over the files and access without you having to ask.
Where is my data held?
On servers in Germany or the EU. Third-party components we embed only when needed, and load them only after your visitors consent. Where a European alternative exists, we take it.
Does my website have to be accessible?
The BFSG has applied since 28 June 2025 and concerns mainly online shops and electronic services in consumer business; for services there is an exemption for micro-enterprises under ten employees and at most €2m turnover. The yardstick is the standard EN 301 549, essentially WCAG 2.1 level AA. We build that in as standard, even where there is no duty.
