The rule
We build with proven technology and good documentation. Every system must be able to live on without us.
IT systems · software that belongs to your business
Standard software covers 80 per cent. We build the rest – the source code is yours.
What happens here
Module by module, your tool takes shape.
We only build custom when standard would cost you more.
The red seal
We build what pays off.
After the first consultation a binding price applies. You can see the progress in your customer area at any time.
You pay licences for features nobody uses – and what matters sits in spreadsheets and e-mail chains.

Simplified calculation – an aid to thinking, not a quote.
We calculate standard against custom build. If standard is enough, we say so.
Core process first. Your team works with it early and gives feedback.
Extension, documentation, training. Code and access belong to you.
We build with proven technology and good documentation. Every system must be able to live on without us.
The Structon Suite was built for our own use, along with a CRM for finance brokers in live operation.
When standard covers almost all of your process or the budget only allows half-solutions. Half-built custom software is the most expensive kind.
By the calculation (see the break-even calculator above) and by three questions: is the process really special? Does it contribute to your competitive advantage? Will it stay relevant for years? Three times yes speaks for a custom build – otherwise we recommend the standard tool.
Small tools from about 5,000 euros, the typical mid-market range lies between 40,000 and 120,000 euros. We work with a binding price per stage: before each step you know what it costs – and you can stop after any stage with a working state.
Yes, completely and contractually assured – including documentation and all access. You can take over internally at any time or commission another provider. Precisely that freedom is one of the strongest arguments for building your own.
We build against that: proven technologies instead of exotics, documentation worthy of the name, and code any capable developer can continue. Software that works only with its builder is badly built – full stop.
That is exactly how we prefer it: a first pass with the core process within weeks, then modular extension by real need. That limits your risk and delivers benefit from the first month.
Because we built it for ourselves: the Structon Suite (CRM + editorial system + AI functions) is our daily working tool, developed and run by us. Plus the finance broker CRM as a client project. We are glad to show you both in a meeting – live, not as a slide.
